  1. I must confess: I like William and Kate, and I hope that she doesn’t have such terrible nausea/vomiting with this pregnancy.

    Yes, it’s true that there are far more important things going on in the world. But I’d rather hear their news than read about some other U.S. “celebrities” about whom I wonder why they are even famous in the first place.

    • I like them, too, and I do hope she stays healthy during her pregnancy. I just didn’t think it warranted all caps, breaking news like some of the other stories happening around the world. (Though I appreciate it more than I do BREAKING news about Kim Kardashian.)

        Yeah, the obsession we have with the British royal family here is a bit ridiculous. Particularly considering we fought a war to be free of them quite some time back. 😉

  2. I was actually surprised because I felt like the coverage today was less than I thought there would be. But it may have been where I was reading vs. reality.

    The whole ebola thing definately does not get enough media attention. I am not sure people in America really understand how devastating this outbreak is in Africa!
